What you'd do

1. 01Build, own, and nurture a strong pipeline of world-class business talent across Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations
2. 02Deliver a world-class recruiting experience that reflects Cohere's premium brand
3. 03Partner with hiring managers and talent partners to find and engage passive talent through creative sourcing methods
4. 04Maintain deep market intelligence on business talent trends and competitive landscape
5. 05Manage comprehensive recruiting funnels in our ATS, updating progress and analytics regularly

What they're looking for

1. 01You have 3 -7 years of experience sourcing for business roles across Sales, Finance, Revenue, Marketing & Communications, and Operations in markets like EMEA/US etc.
2. 02You have a proven track record of sourcing candidates in high-growth and a high-bar environments (startup, technology, AI experience strongly preferred)
3. 03You bring an established, high-profile network in business communities
4. 04You're a creative problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
5. 05You're a natural influencer with exceptional relationship-building skills
