What you'd do

1. 01Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to calibrate on roles and ideal candidate profiles before sourcing
2. 02Write personalized outreach that conveys Together AI's story and resonates with each candidate
3. 03Proactively build pipelines for current and future roles, without waiting to be assigned
4. 04Build and maintain long-term relationships with top-tier talent
5. 05Track key sourcing metrics and use data to refine strategy and improve results

What they're looking for

1. 015+ years of sourcing experience (strong candidates with 3-4 years and exceptional results on hard-to-fill roles are also encouraged to apply)
2. 02Track record sourcing senior passive talent for critical, hard-to-fill roles across a range of functions and departments
3. 03Strong sourcing, mapping, and outreach skills, with the ability to craft compelling, personalized messaging
4. 04Experience in a startup or hyper-growth environment at some point in your career
5. 05Experience building sourcing systems, identifying key metrics, and making data-driven decisions
