What you'd do

1. 01Identify and research potential candidates for Business and GTM roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and other sourcing tools
2. 02Write personalized outreach and follow up with candidates by email and InMail
3. 03Partner with recruiters to build and maintain talent pipelines and keep candidates moving through the interview process
4. 04Conduct initial candidate screens to assess qualifications, relevant experience, and alignment with role requirements before advancing candidates to the recruiting team
5. 05Share market insights and candidate feedback with recruiters and hiring managers

What they're looking for

1. 012+ years of experience sourcing for business or GTM roles
2. 02Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Juicebox as well as an applicant tracking system (ATS)
3. 03Strong written communication skills and a knack for personalized outreach
4. 04Organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage many candidates at once
5. 05Comfort with fast-moving priorities and a willingness to learn quickly
