What you'd do

1. 01Source and engage candidates for Business roles through outreach, referrals, and talent pools
2. 02Conduct initial recruiter screens and share clear, structured feedback with the recruiting team and hiring manager
3. 03Manage candidate pipelines and keep interview scheduling and logistics on track
4. 04Keep our applicant tracking system accurate and up to date
5. 05Deliver a timely, communicative, and respectful candidate experience at every stage

What they're looking for

1. 012+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, ideally including some contract or agency work
2. 02Experience supporting hiring in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
3. 03Comfort with sourcing tools and an applicant tracking system
4. 04Strong written and verbal communication skills
5. 05Ability to ramp quickly and work well in a team with shifting priorities
