What you'd do

1. 01Proactively source hard-to-find talent across Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Robotics, Electrical, Embedded, Autonomy, and Systems Engineering
2. 02Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, referrals, events, and targeted research
3. 03Build and maintain long-term pipelines for critical and future hiring needs
4. 04Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define search strategies and align on priorities
5. 05Conduct initial screens to assess technical depth, domain expertise, and program eligibility (including defense requirements)

What they're looking for

1. 012+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience, including 1+ years supporting software and/or hardware engineering roles
2. 02Proven success sourcing in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Electrical, Embedded, Robotics, or related fields
3. 03Strong proficiency with advanced sourcing tools and Boolean techniques
4. 04Experience in defense, aerospace, robotics, manufacturing, or other regulated environments
5. 05Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior technical stakeholders
