Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations across the internship and new-grad recruiting lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate candidate, event, and program data in Ashby.
- Partner with recruiting coordinators on candidate communications during high-volume periods.
- Support job and offer administration, including requisitions, approvals, and documentation.
- Help coordinate onboarding, access, housing, and other intern and new-hire needs.
