Key Responsibilities
- Support and execute large-scale, global annual compensation processes including merit, incentive, and year-end compensation activities.
- Perform data validation, audits, reconciliations, and quality reviews to ensure compensation accuracy.
- Partner with Compensation, HR Systems, Payroll, Finance, and other stakeholders to administer compensation programs and resolve issues.
- Support compensation system testing, UAT activities, and process enhancements.
- Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, job aids, and training materials.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Compensation, Compensation Operations, HR Operations, Payroll Operations, HRIS, or related functions.
- Experience supporting compensation programs, annual compensation cycles, incentive administration, or related operational processes.
- Strong analytical skills, including data validation, reconciliation, reporting, and problem-solving.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
