Creative Partnerships, Onboarding and Enablement Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Define the strategy, partner journey, operating model, and quality bar for high-touch onboarding, creating clear pathways from introduction and education to experimentation, adoption, and long-term engagement.
• Design and lead tailored onboarding sessions, workshops, product demonstrations, and ongoing enablement that help creators, brands, institutions and their teams apply OpenAI’s products to their work.
• Learn how each partner works and develop authentic use cases aligned with their creative goals, audiences, and values, helping turn early experimentation into compelling examples of creativity, expression, and connection.
• Serve as a consistent, trusted point of contact for partners and their representatives, anticipating needs, resolving challenges, and providing thoughtful support with discretion, care, and sound judgment.
• Partner with internal teams to explore broader collaborations where there is strong mutual value and authentic alignment.
