What you'd do

1. 01Full life-cycle recruitment including planning, sourcing, coordinating, and executing all stages of the recruitment process
2. 02Candidate management - highly organized, detailed oriented, and can effectively communicate with candidates
3. 03Partner with hiring managers and business group or organization leads, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs
4. 04Work cross-functionally across a team of high performing recruiters
5. 05Effectively work with business partners on strategic initiatives and hiring strategy

What they're looking for

1. 01High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
2. 02At least 1 year of experience in recruiting or 1 year of experience in human resources or 1 year of client consulting experience or a combination of the three
3. 032+ years of experience in recruiting
4. 042+ years of experience in human resources
5. 053+ years of client consulting experience
