Key Responsibilities
- Full life-cycle recruitment including planning, sourcing, coordinating, and executing all stages of the recruitment process
- Candidate management - highly organized, detailed oriented, and can effectively communicate with candidates
- Partner with hiring managers and business group or organization leads, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs
- Work cross-functionally across a team of high performing recruiters
- Effectively work with business partners on strategic initiatives and hiring strategy
Key Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, human resources or client consulting or combination
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources or client consulting experience or combination
- Experience in Campus Recruiting or Programs
