What you'd do

1. 01Triage and resolve BAU Workday tickets; escalate complex issues to HRIS with clear documentation
2. 02Reassign tasks, rescind and cancel transactions, and correct routine transactional errors
3. 03Create BP notifications and make small BP adjustments under HRIS governance
4. 04Create, test, and run EIBs for approved HR operational needs Build and maintain HR reports; make minor field additions and route larger reporting work to HRIS
5. 05Apply Workday security awareness when supporting reports, business processes, EIBs, and data changes
