Key Responsibilities
- In partnership with leadership, manage internal and external vendor partner relationships with staffing partners including 3P vendors
- Manage a team of staffing associates and contingent workforce lead
- Management and ownership of cost per hire through strategic oversight of contingent workforce partner delivery and other talent acquisition costs
- Own, develop and execute strategic vendor partner initiatives for all HelloFresh lines of business including; Hellofresh Core, Green Chef, EveryPlate, and Factor’s Distribution Center Network
- Drive staffing performance and partner accountability via staffing scorecard to include benchmark metrics such as time to fill, time to hire, negative attrition, and others
