Key Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or related field is required.
- Minimal 7 years of experience in global organizational effectiveness, change management and organizational development.
- Experience in scaling OE/Change practices directly with the business and through HR Business Partners.
- Ability to apply data and analytics in talent decision-making, storytelling to engage leaders from concept to impact.
- Ability to facilitate senior level meetings and counsel leaders through organizational effectiveness diagnostics and initiatives.
