What you'd do

1. 01Partner with Executive Recruiters, cross functional recruiting team members, business and HR leaders to share intel and find great executive level people across Roblox
2. 02Manage executive search engagements from requisition kick-off meetings to engagement to hire
3. 03Understand and identify competitor landscape and apply intel to research strategies
4. 04Develop unique research strategies in multiple disciplines/domains simultaneously while managing high volume of data
5. 05Come up with fresh ideas and create new ways to attack problems

What they're looking for

1. 016 years of sourcing/executive search ideally with experience at an in-house recruiting team
2. 02Experience using talent market insights and data to influence decisions within the leadership groups and cross-functional teams
3. 03Sourced high-level passive executive talent; Experience within: Product, Product Design, G&A, Marketing or Communications
4. 04Experience developing candidate generation and research techniques
5. 05Well versed understanding and skills in identifying and engaging executive-level candidates
