Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Engineering and Product hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring plans, and interview strategies
- Guide hiring managers and interviewers through our hiring process, coaching them on best practices and consistent, fair candidate evaluation
- Source and engage top technical and product talent through proactive outreach, networking, and creative channels
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from intake through offer acceptance, delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Design and run structured interview loops, and facilitate debriefs that lead to clear, timely hiring decisions
