Key Responsibilities
- 2+ years experience in talent acquisition in the financial sector/insurance industry across Canada.
- Experience within a staffing agency and/or corporate recruiting environment and/ or a customer contact centre environment.
- Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, and online job board such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Experience with internet sourcing/advertising, direct sourcing, trade journal/newspaper advertising, employee referral campaigns, and job fairs
- University degree, college diploma, or equivalent work experience.
