Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor, aligning inclusive talent solutions directly with business objectives
- Establish accountability frameworks to deliver on complex, high-priority technical hiring events
- Establish disciplined execution frameworks, clear accountability models, and cross-functional hiring event enablement to reliably deliver complex, high-priority return on investments
- Partner with senior executives to deliver transformative talent acquisition strategies
- Consult talent acquisition teams to source, attract, and hire world-class AI and technical talent
Key Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 5 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting OR a combination of the three
- At least 4 years of experience in Client Management
- At least 2 years of people management experience
- Master’s Degree or MBA
