- At least 4 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting OR a combination of the three
- At least 2 years of experience in Client Management
- At least 2 years of experience in People Managemen t
- Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification
