Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the area of talent attraction
- Actively work with line managers to develop the strategy to build talent pipelines, interview, qualify and recommend top candidates to the business line
- Proactively source and attract a quality work force and maintain applicant flow in filling current and future staffing needs
- Counsel line managers recommended compensation packages
- Negotiate, extend offers and effectively close the candidate
