Key Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and 5 years full-life cycle recruiting experience OR High School Diploma and 9 years full-life cycle recruiting experience.
- Strong consultative, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting technologies, and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking activities
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders.
