What you'd do

1. 01Co-lead full lifecycle HCM system administration including configuration, security, workflows, and releases
2. 02Identify and implement automation opportunities, including AI-driven workflows and intelligent process improvements
3. 03Develop advanced workforce analytics and predictive insights
4. 04Design and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions
5. 05Build automated, scalable reporting frameworks

What they're looking for

1. 01Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field or 7+ years HRIS/HCM experience
2. 02Hands-on experience with enterprise HCM platforms (e.g., Dayforce, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, etc.)
3. 03Analytics and reporting experience
4. 04Ability to analyze large datasets and deliver insights
5. 05Experience in healthcare, distribution, manufacturing, or large enterprise environments
