What you'd do

1. 01Analyze workforce composition, employee performance, compensation, and engagement data to make recommendations to the People Leadership Team; execute quickly on those recommendations
2. 02Own the day-to-day administration of the HR analytics tool, including dashboard configuration, data hygiene, and user authorizations
3. 03Execute existing cross-functional processes such as headcount planning, goal setting, and business metric tracking
4. 04Continuously refine our data methodologies to ensure we are using the right metrics to tell clear, compelling stories
5. 05Partner with Total Rewards, Recruiting, Talent Development, and other People Team functions on ad hoc data analysis projects
