What you'd do

1. 01Own the administration, configuration, and roadmap for recruiting tools and Sana, including integrations, access, and change management
2. 02Lead requirements gathering with Recruiting and write clear specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
3. 03Partner with engineers to design, build, test, and launch AI agents and automations that streamline recruiting processes, and help decide when to configure, build, or buy
4. 04Map current-state workflows, identify friction, and drive improvements end to end, measuring their impact
5. 05Manage multiple projects at once, communicate status and trade-offs to senior stakeholders, and keep documentation and training current

What they're looking for

1. 014–6 years in HRIS, recruiting systems, business systems analysis, or a related role
2. 02Hands-on experience owning and configuring an ATS or HR system (Greenhouse, Workday, or similar), including integrations
3. 03Track record of leading projects from requirements through launch with measurable results
4. 04Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills
5. 05Experience partnering with engineers on design, testing, and launch, and comfort with light scripting or automation tools
