Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary People Team point of contact for assigned departments, developing strong relationships with business leaders and teams.
  • Understand team objectives and workforce challenges to anticipate needs and proactively provide solutions.
  • Advise and coach managers on organizational design, workforce planning, team effectiveness, and leadership development.
  • Partner with leaders to identify and address engagement drivers within teams.
  • Support retention and development strategies that align with Saronic’s mission and growth.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5 - 7 years of progressive People Team experience, including at least 1 year in a consultative or partner role
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect People Team strategy to operational goals
  • Deep understanding of employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
  • Skilled communicator with strong coaching, influencing, and interpersonal skills
