- You have 5+ years of experience as an HRBP or PBP, and are capable of working autonomously in a global team.
- You have experience with a varied set of client groups. GTM experience is an asset, but the role will flex across different client groups.
- You’re unfazed by a fast moving environment, and can stay flexible and solutions focused in ambiguous situations, or in time where priorities may change
- You build strong relationships and credibility with experienced stakeholders in order to coach them through HR challenges in their orgs, while balancing what is best for the individuals and the business.
- You are capable of being a trusted sounding board and partner to your leaders in matters of organizational design, workforce planning, talent reviews, and change management. Leaders don't just need you to facilitate; they value your perspective.
