Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage a holistic benefits and well-being strategy--ranging from core health to high-touch leave and caregiving programs--that empowers associates and aligns with Capital One’s mission and talent goals across U.S. and international markets.
  • Seek diverse perspectives from international subject matter experts and evaluate global benefit structures to identify opportunities for program harmonization, global economies of scale, and ensure global solutions maintain cultural relevance and adhere to statutory requirements.
  • Direct marketing, communication, and engagement strategies that foster a culture of well-being and empower associates to make informed benefit choices.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • At least 6 years of experience in benefits design, strategy and management
  • At least 2 years of experience working within a matrixed environment
  • At least 2 years of project management experience
  • At least 2 years of process management experience
