Key Responsibilities
- Own the full leave lifecycle from intake through return-to-work.
- Develop and scale international leave processes, working with local People Partners, legal counsel, and vendors as Verkada expands into new markets.
- Support workplace accommodations, partnering with People Partners, Legal, and managers on the interactive process and complex cases.
- Serve as the primary liaison with disability carriers (STD/LTD), coordinating claims, escalations, and benefits continuation.
- Guide employees through state benefit programs (e.g., SDI, PFL) and how they interact with company policies.
