- Own the internal communications strategy, calendar, and multi-channel distribution framework, spanning both the People and COO organizations
- Write and edit clear, engaging content for internal audiences across our internal wiki and other channels
- Craft consistent messaging on company updates, initiatives, and achievements
- Support leadership on change and reorg communications, ensuring transparency and buy-in
- Manage and optimize internal communication channels (email, intranet, Slack, and other digital platforms)
