Key Responsibilities
- Advise senior executives on communications gaps and opportunities; turn them into plans that keep employees informed, aligned, and engaged
- Lead change communications for company-wide and cross-division initiatives so employees understand what is changing, why, and what it means for their work
- Build a connected, unified culture across divisions, locations, and newly joined teams
- Develop and lead internal leadership speaking programs (live, filmed, and other formats)
- Set communications strategy and standards so teams use the right tools and channels to reach their audience
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of professional experience in business/organizational communications
- Available to travel to SpaceX locations as needed (<10%)
- Ability to share writing samples and examples of previous internal communications campaigns, events, or leadership content
- Based on-site in Hawthorne, CA or the Bay Area, CA. Remote or hybrid work will not be considered
