Key Responsibilities
- Partner with site leaders and associates to strengthen the employee experience, assess associate sentiment, support action planning, and help advance the associate value proposition.
- Provide trusted guidance to leaders on performance, employee relations, policy interpretation, and complex or sensitive associate matters, escalating higher-risk issues as appropriate.
- Support investigations, separations, audits, and legal or compliance requests in partnership with HR Service Delivery, Legal/Employee Relations COEs, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Resolve non-standard or sensitive HR cases by navigating systems, data, policies, and cross-functional resources to deliver fair, consistent, and practical outcomes.
- Drive local execution of HR projects, process improvements, policy harmonization, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance how HR supports the business.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered. 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in HR operations, shared services, employee relations support, or a relevant HR specialty area.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and sound-judgment skills, with the ability to independently resolve complex HR issues using documented policy guidance.
- Ability to coach and influence people leaders on sensitive matters while promoting modern HR operating practices, including self-service and case management.
- Experience navigating cross-functional systems and data to resolve issues, improve processes, and support measurable, sustainable continuous improvement.
- Expected travel up to 10% for site travel, team meetings, projects, and kaizens.
