Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance and support on complex workforce matters and HR policy.
- Proactively develop and implement strategies to upskill new People Managers and provide support and counsel to experienced People Managers navigating HR processes and issues.
- Exercise discretion, sound judgment, and appropriate decision-making to determine the most effective path to resolution.
- In partnership with HRBPs, use diagnostics, data, and business insight to identify proactive HR interventions and people practices that support local business objectives.
- Ensure that the workforce and leaders understand People processes.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of HR experience, preferably in an international, matrixed environment
- HR or equivalent degree qualification.
- Experience across a combination of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist roles, as well as HR Operations or HR Services, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional business teams.
- Exposure to employee relations issues and cases, to be able to anticipate when to involve the Employee Relations team.
- Demonstrated success in working effectively with senior leaders to influence decision-making.
