Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end intern and early career recruiting, initially focused on software engineering
- Partner with our Early Talent Program Manager to build and execute a differentiated hiring strategy
- Find exceptional candidates across universities, technical communities, bootcamps, apprenticeships, and other talent channels including event strategies
- Work with engineering leaders to define exceptional potential and build a rigorous, consistent evaluation process
- Deliver a candidate experience that reflects how we operate at Abridge: demanding, caring, and mission-driven
Key Requirements
- Experience recruiting software engineers, ideally including interns or early career talent
- A track record of finding strong candidates through a range of sourcing channels
- Enough technical fluency to evaluate engineering profiles and partner credibly with hiring managers
- Strong judgment for recognizing potential, learning velocity, and motivation beyond traditional credentials
- A builder's mindset and comfort creating structure in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
