What you'd do

1. 01Lead sourcing and outreach for design roles, using recruiting platforms, creative communities, portfolio sites and social networks.
2. 02Recruit across Product Design, Brand/Visual Design and Design Leadership.
3. 03Screen and evaluate portfolios, craft quality, systems thinking and collaboration skills.
4. 04Partner with design leaders to calibrate on craft standards, hiring bar and team composition.
5. 05Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including portfolio reviews and design exercises, with a high-quality candidate experience.
