- 02Proactively source passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and networking
- 03Own the full candidate experience from sourcing to close, ensuring a seamless and engaging hiring process
- 04Create comprehensive talent maps to share insights on the talent market
- 05Represent Brex to candidates, helping to find and attract exceptional talent

- 02Strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs and providing strategic hiring support
- 03Strong organizational skills to coordinate recruiting efforts across multiple stakeholders
- 04Knowledge of HR practices and employment practices
- 05Must be willing to work in office 3 days per week on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
