Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Benefits or Payroll administration; or, equivalent combination of related work experience and education
- At least 1 year of experience participating in technology projects, with demonstrated project management experience, overseeing initiatives from concept to completion, including effective stakeholder engagement.
- 2+ years of experience in Systems Analysis, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or Benefits
- At least 1 year of experience participating in testing strategy, test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), in partnership with the client group
