What you'd do

01Coach hiring managers on interviewing, candidate assessment and recruiting best practices.
02Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations and Centers of Excellence on regional talent strategies.
03Support difficult-to-staff Crew markets through escalation and targeted recruitment initiatives when required.
04Oversee the management and tracking of Health and Safety training and support other HR initiatives as needed, while maintaining primary accountability for recruitment delivery.

01Minimum 4 years of direct, hands-on recruitment experience, including significant high-volume, full-cycle recruitment responsibility.
02Demonstrated success independently managing concurrent requisitions across locations, hiring managers or business units.
03Proven proactive sourcing and passive-candidate engagement experience, beyond primarily inbound applicant processing.
04Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills for leadership experience, transferable skills and role suitability.
05Ability to prioritize competing hiring demands and exercise sound judgment with limited day-to-day supervision.
