What you'd do
- 01Drive the scheduling process and communicate logistics to all candidates and hiring teams
- 02Build a world-class team by providing a high-touch “white glove” experience at every step of the interview process
- 03Act as the primary contact during virtual and in-person interviews
- 04Develop collaborative relationships with Talent team members, hiring managers, and interviewers
- 05Spot and flag what isn't working such as interviewer load imbalances, bottlenecked stages, slow feedback and bring fixes
