Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with manufacturing leaders to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs (e.g., succession planning, workforce development, compensation, and EEO) that align with business goals.
  • Project Management: Lead, plan, and execute multiple concurrent HR projects from inception to completion, driving organizational change and process improvements.
  • Talent & Performance Management: Drive talent identification, performance management, and career development initiatives to build bench strength and enhance employee retention.
  • Employee Relations & Culture: Act as a trusted advisor to build a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR peers, leaders, and Centers of Excellence (COE’s) including compensation, employee relations, legal, and organization effectiveness to deliver seamless HR solutions across the organization.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree AND 5 years of Human Resources experience OR Masters degree and 3 years of Human Resources experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S Government Secret clearance and Special Program Access within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet business needs
  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 15% of the time
  • Bachelor’s degree AND 8 years of Human Resources experience OR Masters degree and 6 years of Human Resources experience
