What you'd do

1. 01Partner with Talent and Performance Management Champions to design and execute the annual talent and performance calendar of activities
2. 02Develop walk-around decks, communications, and training materials to be used in preparing managers and associates; may include facilitator or “train the trainer” sessions
3. 03Facilitate sessions and/or provide notes as needed
4. 04Prepare consolidated summaries for business leaders to describe outcomes of talent conversations
5. 05Complete promotion and compensation changes in Workday

What they're looking for

1. 01High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
2. 02At least 3 years of client facing experience OR at least 3 years of consulting experience OR a combination
3. 03At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources
4. 04Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
5. 05Professional Human Resources Certification or Project Management Professional Certification or combination
