Key Responsibilities
- Operations & budget integrity: Manage program budgets, track learner data and distribution lists, and coordinate the complex virtual and in-person logistics required to scale the program smoothly across multiple locations.
- Live session production: Act as a host and producer for learners during live learning sessions, managing immediate logistics such as facilitator preparedness, Zoom recordings, attendance tracking, and materials archiving.
- Program advocacy & communication: Manage all ongoing program communications (formal and informal) via Slack and email. Drive awareness and marketing efforts for the program within the broader Capital One product community and across other internal onboarding teams.
- Process excellence: Work on individual and team initiatives to design, build, and implement new scalable processes that ensure efficient, reliable, and resilient program delivery.
Key Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of experience in learning and development
- At least 1 year of experience in Program or Project Management, or a combination
- At least 1 year of consulting experience
- 3+ years of experience in learning and development
