Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Liaison: Collaborating with instructional designers and delivery partners to ensure learning solutions meet business needs and align with the broader learner journey.
- Needs Analysis & Scoping: Conducting thorough performance gap analyses to identify and scope new opportunities for credit content in response to emerging business priorities.
- Impact & Oversight: Partnering with the delivery team to monitor execution and ensure all programs achieve their defined learning impact goals.
- Collaboration: Working closely with the Consulting Lead and credit stakeholders to maintain a curriculum that is both accurate, pedagogically sound, and responsive to emerging needs.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 2 years of experience in adult learning and development
- At least 1 year of experience in client consulting
- 3+ years of experience in adult learning and development
- 2+ years of experience in client consulting
