Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement talent strategies to support the organization's goals
- Build effective working relationships with business leaders and develop a deep understanding of business imperatives
- Collaborate with cross-functionally with Human Resources partner teams (recruiting, compensation, associate relations, learning and development) to effectively execute on Human Resources imperatives, the organization’s talent strategies and key Human Resources programs and processes
- Execute cyclical Human Resources processes including performance and talent management, all-associate surveys
- Work with leaders on day-to-day problem solving for Human Resources related issues
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 3 years of human resources experience
- At least 3 years of client facing or consulting experience
- At least 2 years of experience in project or process management
- Master’s Degree
