Key Responsibilities

  • Own global onboarding cohorts end-to-end: from preboarding logistics to facilitating live onboarding sessions, readiness to the first-90-days curriculum and executive setups, ensuring an exceptional, seamless candidate experience.
  • Partner cross-functionally with IT, Workplace, Recruiting, People Business Partners, and external partners to resolve edge-case scenarios and optimize the program over time.
  • Deliver quarterly performance recaps and strategic evolution proposals to People leadership. Measure program efficacy using new hire surveys and completion analytics.
  • Maintain ongoing mentorship initiatives by pairing mentors, tracking feedback, and building clear documentation to sustain long-term engagement.
  • Operate as a “utility player” across Brex’s entire talent management portfolio, including supporting projects in employee engagement, rotational or mobility programs, learning & development, and performance programs.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on program management experience within Talent Management, People Operations, or L&D, ideally in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Facilitation & Presentation: Outstanding communication skills and a passion for leading engaging, high-energy facilitation sessions both in-person and remotely.
  • Cross-Functional Operations: Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes (IT, Workplace, Recruiting) and independently resolve ad-hoc operational scenarios.
  • Data & Analytics Fluency: Comfort pulling and analyzing both qualitative survey feedback and quantitative metrics to validate program health and drive iteration.
  • Ownership Mindset: A proactive, "utility player" attitude with strong attention to detail and a track record of driving initiatives independently.
