Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administration of North American health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for U.S. medical, dental, vision, life, disability, spending account, and retirement plans, including 401(k) programs.
- Support benefit plan governance processes, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Partner with vendors and brokers to resolve operational issues, monitor service levels, and improve participant experience.
- Oversee eligibility, enrollment, life event, and vendor file processes to ensure accurate and timely administration.
