- 5+ years of compensation experience OR a combination of experience in human resources/finance
- Experience supporting provider and clinician compensation, including role-based incentive programs.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to translate data into compelling business insights and actionable recommendations
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply to business needs
