Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or relevant field
- 5+ years overall work experience in a relevant field including, but not limited to: project/program management, executive compensation or broad-based compensation
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities and project timelines, anticipate needs and determine next steps.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work through teams and interact at all organizational levels including key stakeholders and senior management.
