What you'd do

1. 01Run confidential, high-stakes searches for leaders in Engineering, AI/Research, Product, and Design
2. 02Partner with executives to define role scope, success criteria, and interview panels
3. 03Build your own pipeline through direct sourcing, networks, and referrals
4. 04Work with external search firms when it makes sense, and decide when to use them
5. 05Assess leadership strength, including scope, judgment, and how someone builds teams

What they're looking for

1. 0110+ years of recruiting experience, with 5+ years leading executive searches in tech (in-house, at a search firm, or both)
2. 02A track record of closing VP+ hires in Engineering, AI/ML, Product, or Design
3. 03Credibility with CEOs and executive teams, and comfort pushing back with data
4. 04Strong judgment on leadership talent and the ability to give candid, evidence-based feedback
5. 05Discretion with confidential searches
