Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering guidance, market insights, and best practices to shape effective hiring strategies.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from developing customized hiring plans with your stakeholders to sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Work closely with hiring teams to enhance the attraction and hiring of a diverse range of candidates, championing inclusive processes at every step.
- Creative Sourcing: Utilize creative sourcing techniques, with a heavy emphasis on direct outreach via LinkedIn and other platforms, to identify and engage highly qualified candidates for our cybersecurity and network security sales teams.
- Pipeline Management: Proactively manage and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline, ensuring data integrity in our ATS (Greenhouse) and providing regular, insightful updates to internal stakeholders.
