3. 03Lead organization design and operating model work that clarifies accountability, strengthens effectiveness, and supports evolving global workforce needs.
4. 04Guide strategic workforce planning, including capability planning, talent assessment, succession, and future-state organization design.
5. 05Build and lead change strategies that help teams adopt new ways of working and sustain results.

What they're looking for

1. 018+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant HR Business Partner experience supporting senior leaders.
2. 02Demonstrated success translating business needs into talent, workforce, and organization strategies.
3. 03Experience designing or implementing organization structures, operating models, and talent strategies.
4. 04Strong consulting, facilitation, coaching, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
5. 05Executive presence and the ability to influence, challenge, and build trust across levels.
