What you'd do

1. 01Support the HR team in employee relations investigations and conflict resolution
2. 02Maintain our HRIS for all employee life-cycle processes
3. 03Respond to employee inquiries, questions and concerns
4. 04Provide information, guidance and direction on HR policies, programs, and processes to employees and managers
5. 05Serve as the onboarding point of contact for the new hire program and support new employees’ transition into SpaceX

What they're looking for

1. 01Bachelor’s degree
2. 026+ months of administrative experience (internship experience qualifies)
3. 03This is not a remote or hybrid position and will require relocation if not already local to the Cape Canaveral, FL area
4. 04Position requires ability to work overtime hours and/or weekends when needed
5. 05Must be willing to travel to other SpaceX locations (up to 25%)
